FOR THE WRITERS

Proposal Writers

You write well and reason sharply — what you've always lacked isn't ability, but a steady supply of topics and a battle-tested methodology.
YOUR SITUATION

Your situation

You can turn complex technology into a proposal that reviewers understand and are moved by. But the biggest bottleneck of writing alone is finding a steady supply of topics — with no clients, no industry data, and no one to guide you through the process, you often spend half a year feeling your way to a single proposal, with approval still uncertain. Your pen is worth a lot, yet it's stuck on "having nothing to write about."

WHAT YOU GET

What you get

The platform assigns projects — no client hunting
Projects are generated after the platform proactively researches, develops and matches enterprises, with topics handed straight to you. You don't have to cultivate clients or drum up projects — just focus on writing each one well and in full.
A complete SOP methodology — follow it and you'll get there
The platform's years of field-tested 4-step document collection process and 8-point proposal review checklist are all open to you. What goes in each field, what reviewers look for, how to translate technology into the language of grants — no more reinventing the wheel.
Transparent per-deliverable pay: submission, approval and follow-up are paid in stages
Compensation is calculated per stage, open and transparent — submission has its pay, approval has its pay, and follow-up service has its pay. Log into the ERP to see how much you can earn this month, paid on a fixed date, not on verbal promises.
Work remotely, set your own schedule
Writing proposals is brainwork and wordcraft — no office, no clocking in. You can take on projects from anywhere and deliver at your own pace — ideal for skilled writers who want part-time or freelance work.
Technology and enterprises are already in place — you just write
Engineers explain the technology clearly, enterprises provide the venue and data, and the platform sets the strategic direction — what you receive is a fully-briefed topic. No need to fill in the industry background yourself; put all your energy into telling the story well.
YOUR ROLE

How you fit in

In the eight-step workflow, you are the PM pool = the writer, responsible for turning technology and market into a proposal reviewers buy into.

Step ③ — Writing
After the platform assigns you a topic, you collect data per the SOP and write the proposal — turning the technical highlights, market value, and execution plan into a complete, persuasive document.
Step ④ — Submission
Once the proposal is finalized, it is submitted to the corresponding government grant platform; you respond to reviewer comments, supplement materials, and adjust to push the project toward approval.
Follow-up service
After approval, you continue to assist with documents and progress tracking, providing follow-up service and earning compensation per the system until the project closes out smoothly.
